Six-Month Program

The Six-Month Program is an in-depth health coaching experience to establish long-lasting, positive eating and lifestyle habits.  We will focus on healthy eating, as well as getting healthy physically and mentally.  Two coaching sessions per month and some great take-aways, including meal plans, recipes, journals, and a pantry makeover!

30-day Jump Start

The 30-Day Jump Start is perfect for someone who wants to have a taste of what health coaching is all about or just wants to "reboot" their already healthy lifestyle.  It includes two coaching sessions and gratitude journal.
